Returns and Refund Policy

We guarantee quality of all of our products. If for any reason your item is damaged, defective or you have received the incorrect item, contact us via email at orders@pensonic.com.ph within 7 days upon delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed.

If a product is found defective within 7 days upon receipt of product, item is subject for replacement. If the product was found defective after 7 days, it will be subject for servicing. Kindly contact us at our customer service hotline (02) 838-6651 or (02) 838-2677 to report any defective items.

Replacements, returns and refunds are only applicable for damaged/defective/incorrect items. If an order is cancelled and was found NOT to be defective, you may be liable for the costs incurred on having such product returned to you, as well as the costs which may have been incurred by Pensonic on having the product returned to us for inspection.
